Observation

I loved all the products, they work excellent for me BUT the pump doesn`t quite fit the bottle, so I had to put some tape in it so that the product won`t pour out. Thank you

Thank you so much for sharing this with others Sandra. We are working with our manufacturers on some jug redesigns to make this pump work work beautifully on all gallon jugs.

Difficult to connect

The pump itself is OK, but the bulge inside the gallon opening prevents the pump from entering the gallon directly and makes it difficult to close the connection cap.

Customer Service Plus

Upon request, Michael from Guest Outfitters found a slightly less costly shipping fee for my products ordered. The items arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I highly recommend the pump which makes it easy to dispense single uses of the shampoo from the large jug. I was pleased that the product was clearly labelled "Desert Breeze" and it is a wonderful shampoo.
